We look forward to welcoming you at Driftwood Beach House B&B. When you make your booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 15.00pm to 20.00pm. Check-in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.

We ask that you please vacate your room by 11.00am on the morning of departure.

In order for us to confirm a reservation, full payment is due upon booking, using the bank details provided in the invoice you receive.  

 

Where a room is booked 6 months in advance of the the scheduled date of arrival a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business, so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favour of someone who has already booked and then cancels. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.

If your booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, your payment will be returned in full. If your booking is cancelled less 30 days prior to arrival no refund will be payable.

Rescheduled bookings - if you contact us 30+ days before your booking and wish to reschedule rather than receive a refund we will be happy to reschedule your booking date. All rescheduled bookings whether for convenience or if rescheduled due to reasons specific to a COVID-19 lockdown period must be rescheduled within 12 months of the original booking date, otherwise will become void.
